**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Asahi Lifestyle Beverages. This exciting opportunity will see you taking an active approach in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the Field Service team is equipped with the right tools, stock, and support to excel in their roles.

In this role, you will enjoy a dynamic mix of physical, operational, and administrative tasks, requiring you to be equally comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are behind a computer.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar warehousing or inventory role with both operational and administrative responsibilities. You will possess strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to work with inventory management systems; SAP experience is highly regarded.

This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary of around $65,000 per annum, plus benefits such as product discounts, flexible work arrangements, health and wellness programs, and learning & development opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Taking charge of warehouse operations, including the physical receiving and dispatching of spare parts and equipment.
  • Overseeing inventory and using systems to manage the ordering, movement, and storage of all equipment and parts to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Inspecting equipment on arrival to ensure quality control and identify any damages.
  • Accurately updating systems and maintaining thorough documentation and record keeping.
  • Undertaking minor refurbishment activities, ensuring all equipment meets Asahi standards.
  • Implementing and following recycling and waste management procedures in line with national policies.
  • Supporting Service Managers with equipment audits, warehouse checks, and maintaining up-to-date equipment and gas registers.
  • Working closely with the Field Service team to ensure the warehouse operates with safety, efficiency, and precision.
