Job Description:

The Facilities Coordinator role is a critical position responsible for maintaining a quality work environment in-line with regulatory, statutory and business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to internal help requests and prioritize issues to provide prompt and reliable support to employees.
  • Supervise maintenance contractors and conduct routine building inspections to identify and address needed repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and coordinate small capital works projects, including electrical installs, medical gas, plumbing and AV installations.
  • Monitor and administer the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure a comfortable working environment for staff.
  • Provide security management services, including participating in the "on call" roster system and responding to alarms and emergency situations.
Key Requirements:
  • Five years or more experience in facilities management.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Ability to work in multiple locations.
