Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and controlling all parts and materials required to carry out repair activities. This includes ordering parts, supplies, and materials daily and tracking their delivery in a timely manner.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will also ensure that correct parts are provided to technicians for approved repairs and rework repairs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate records of completed repairs by technicians, track, and provide monthly statements to lab leadership.
  2. Document rework and reason codes on paperwork, including in monthly statements to lab leadership.
  3. Investigate rework if in question by discussing with lab leadership.
  4. Update and maintain part logs to ensure accuracy.
  5. Complete purchase requests with accuracy and follow up regularly to ensure orders received in a timely manner.
  6. Conduct quality inspections on critical parts upon receipt.
  7. Document all part inspections.
  8. Assist with new part development.
  9. Research available options in the market for part costs.
  10. Monitor changes to parts and part suppliers with lab leadership prior to making changes or approving.
  11. Provide general customer service related to part orders, statuses, and deliveries.
