We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the effective movement of metal scraps to meet contractual commitments and customer needs. They will be responsible for coordinating export logistics processes, including shipping from the USA to various international locations, as well as preparing and processing export documentation that meets compliance requirements.

In addition, they will coordinate daily activities between origination locations and freight companies to ensure timely and efficient shipping, provide exceptional customer service and support to clientele, and identify opportunities for risk management during logistics processes.

  • Closely monitor export logistics coordination and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery to international locations.
  • Prepare and process export documentation, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Build strong relationships with freight companies and origination locations to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
