
Crisis Operations Risk Manager

Job Description
The primary goal of this role is to support senior team members in the delivery of crisis management guidance and functions.
Key responsibilities include managing disruptive events through established response protocols, providing support activities related to crisis management, and ensuring that all parts of the organization can mitigate the impact of disruption events.
Additional duties involve process, gathering, analyzing and documenting information, presentation insights to leadership for informed decision-making, preparing quality documentation, and providing timely support and technical assistance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in crisis or incident response programs and teams, strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and experience in risk management or incident response.
