  • Assist in the delivery of risk management programs, including scoping and planning risk assessments and facilitating workshops.
  • Help business units to own their key risks and controls, and support them in using enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for business units, projects, and assets.
  • Develop, analyse, and monitor risk metrics and support the preparation of risk reports for leadership teams and boards.
  • Support business continuity, crisis management, and controls assurance activities.

Required skills include 5-7 years of experience in embedding operational risk management frameworks across financial services. Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, engagement, and influencing skills.
