Senior Analyst | Recovery and Resolution Planning

Join our team in a critical role at the forefront of banking regulation, with a unique opportunity to build expertise in crisis preparedness within a globally integrated financial institution.

The Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team focuses on regulatory reform related to crisis preparedness, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, enhancing crisis preparedness capabilities.

Your responsibilities include designing and implementing regulatory reforms, embedding these into business practices, and understanding how crisis preparedness integrates with risk management and contingency planning.

You will own specific projects, present to senior stakeholders, and manage delivery from start to finish.

You'll also engage with regulators on crisis preparedness matters and analyze complex issues to support leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement regulatory reforms
  • Embed reforms into business practices
  • Understand crisis preparedness integration with risk management and contingency planning
  • Own specific projects and manage delivery
  • Present to senior stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, preferably in risk management, legal, treasury, or compliance roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Deep understanding of financial risk management and applicable regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with high-profile projects
