Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Property Valuations Manager. This position will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end property valuation process across a diversified national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the property valuation process, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
  • Partner with external valuers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality valuations.
  • Analyse valuation results and provide commercial insights for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, and Investment teams to drive strategic decisions.
  • Ensure valuations comply with all regulatory, industry, and internal standards.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or equivalent highly regarded.
  • Significant experience in commercial property valuations (office, industrial, retail, or healthcare assets).
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling capability, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
