Senior Family Dispute Resolution Expert

At the forefront of dispute resolution programs in Australia, we invite a Senior Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to shape innovative initiatives that drive positive change for disadvantaged Queenslanders. This pivotal role will see you lead by example, mentoring and coaching a dedicated team of practitioners while conducting family dispute resolution conferences and arbitrations.
Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving complex parenting and property settlement disputes in accordance with legislative requirements. By collaborating with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, you will drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead family dispute resolution conferences and arbitrations
- Mentor and coach a dedicated team of practitioners
- Contribute to policy development and law reform
- Promote trauma-informed approaches to dispute resolution
- Be admitted or eligible for immediate admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland
- Be an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or eligible for registration
- Have experience in family law, particularly in parenting and property settlement disputes
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A 36 hour working week (full time hours)
