Key Responsibilities:- Conduct family dispute resolution conferences and arbitrations.

- Hold a current practicing certificate as a legal practitioner in Queensland.
- Be an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or eligible for registration.
- Have substantial experience in family law, particularly in parenting and property settlement disputes.
