- Leadership, supervision, and professional development for a multidisciplinary team
- Delivery of family dispute resolution services aligned with the Family Law Act
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) with tertiary qualifications
- Significant experience leading services within family law, social services, or dispute resolution
- Strong understanding of the Family Law Act and sector funding obligations
