Senior HR Business Partner

A strategic partner is required to join a dynamic business on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The role involves partnering with senior leaders across diverse portfolios to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Strategic HR partnering for up to four senior leaders across a diverse range of portfolios.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Leading change management programs to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Coaching managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Collaborating with Centers of Excellence in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits.

The successful candidate will have the confidence of a HR Professional who uses their working relationships to advise, influence and challenge partners to deliver their people plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
