We’re looking for a someone with Human Resources experience to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Groomingjust to name a few).

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have HR experience ideally gained within a commercial business.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience operating independently at a HR Generalist level with operational administration experience
- Solid experience in employee relations, org design changes and recruitment
- Influencing with managers and senior managers
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-border virtual team
- Proven knowledge of local employment law and immigration rules
- HR system/data handling
- Experience in working both cross functionally and multi-location /country (New Zealand experience)
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Presentation skills - ability to confidently present to the Leadership, wider Hub community and deliver training.
- Flexible to work across different time zones and occasionally out of working hours
- Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors (desirable)
- Experience in working in a Global/International matrix organisation (desirable)
