We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing operations and leading teams in a retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store is always in an optimal stock position, managing end-to-end stock management processes, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. They will also lead, train, and empower team members on operational processes and provide feedback to develop and coach them.

  • Manage the end-to-end stock management process to ensure the store is always in an optimal stock position

  • Nurture and develop a team of Operations Specialists who are responsible for ensuring all operational procedures and visual merchandising standards are met

  • Lead, train and empower all team members on operational processes to ensure they know how to execute our operations to a high standard

  • Ensure our store is consistently meeting OH&S standards, keeping our team members and customers safe at all times

  • Manage the store's entire inventory (live, non-line and collateral)

  • Lead all stock takes and analyse results to provide recommendations on how to improve both the process and our stock levels

  • Ensure the store's compliance with Loss Prevention requirements, supporting our team members' comfortability in applying these concepts on the floor
