Job Title: Store Manager

Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes ensuring that the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and providing excellent customer service to customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and retail management, with experience in managing store operations, including stock takes, visual merchandising, and manual handling.

  • Perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking, and storing or inward goods
  • Use pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and other devices to assist with manual handling
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentations to the required standards

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong Customer Service background in a store environment
  • A high level of competence in managing retail store operations
  • Sound working knowledge of safety management and improvement
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
  • Strong skills in people management and customer engagement
