The Role

An exciting opportunity to join our Colour Consultation processes from start to finish. Providing an exceptional customer experience, you will support clients through the colour selection process for their new home in our on-site showroom.

Your new role will involve:

  • Colour appointments each week
  • Provide creative design ideas and colour schemes to clients to assist the selection process
  • Advise clients on potential upgrade options and assist them in making choices
  • Utilise the Showroom to enhance the process and promote products from preferred suppliers.
  • All administration tasks associated with Colour Selection.
  • Solving spatial problems and adjusting layouts to suit individual spaces.
  • Assisting with new display home fit outs and styling.

What you need

You will ideally have the following criteria:

  • You must be able to work autonomously & keep to a set schedule.
  • Applicants must be capable of the physical aspect of the role, roll their sleeves up and have a hands-on approach.
  • Your own means of transport and full driver's license is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Previous experience working for a new home builder as a Colour Consultant/Interior Designer would be ideal.
  • Professional presentation, work ethic and manner are essential.
  • Evidence of proactive qualities and a sense of ownership.
  • Open, approachable, and friendly personality.
