Spa Services Manager

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our spa services. This includes monitoring productivity and quality levels, resolving work problems, and providing expert advice to enhance performance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor productivity and quality levels
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical expertise
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of team members
  • Train staff in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as team members supervised
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation practices conforming to industry regulations

Work Environment:

The Spa Services Manager will be based at our spa location in Victoria, BC.

Employment Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar management role. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
