Digital Sales and Social Media Specialist

As a freelancer, you will work on digital sales and social media marketing tasks for the hand tools industry.
Your primary focus will be managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience.
- Social Media Management:
- Choose and manage the most efficient channels for our brand
- Develop and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage customer-oriented community engagement and optimize reach and engagement metrics
- Support influencer relations and collaborations
- Digital Sales and Marketing:
- Create and update sales content to effectively promote our products
- Collaborate with our online marketing team to manage campaigns across social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Coordinate online marketing activities with selected customers
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and performance by product and region
- Monitor market trends and competitive developments in the B2B & B2C sector
Key skills and qualifications include experience with digital sales and marketing tools, proficiency in English, and basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
This is a freelance position requiring approximately 20 hours of work per month. We offer a competitive hourly rate and value diversity in our applicants.
