We're looking for a technically savvy and detail-oriented digital storyteller to join our Corporate Affairs team.
The role blends creativity with strategic thinking to deliver engaging content across internal and external digital channels.
You'll be hands-on across the full content lifecycle — writing copy, editing videos, designing graphics, capturing photography, and using analytics to inform and optimise content performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are key, as you'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and support work-winning initiatives.
Daily publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, our website, and internal platforms is a core part of the role, with a focus on quality, creativity, and measurable engagement.
What you will do
Create and publish engaging content across digital and social platforms, including copywriting, photography, graphic design, and video production.
Deliver campaigns that showcase John Holland's capabilities, culture, and strategic priorities to key audiences.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and support work-winning and business objectives.
Contribute to an integrated content calendar and produce content for internal and external platforms, including social media, website, brochures, and presentations.
Use data, analytics, and digital best practices to optimise content performance and measure campaign effectiveness.
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline
Proven experience in social media content creation and publishing
Confident and strong communication
Skilled in graphic design and video production/editing
Strong copywriting abilities tailored for digital/social platforms
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
Proficiency in Digital Marketing
