Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment process, you will be responsible for assisting with all administrative functions, including reference checking, maintaining documentation, and liaising with line managers across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify references for successful candidates
  • Communicate with line managers to provide updates on the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
  • Prepare documents as required by the business
  • Generate Letters of Offer to successful candidates
  • Develop and maintain a library of Position Descriptions
  • Compile and distribute Onboarding Packs to new employees
  • Coordinate Criminal History and medical checks for applicants
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed by the business
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
