Main Responsibilities- Lead a division that oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.
- Hold formal accountability to ensure robust and effective enterprise risk management.
- Drive organisational performance, enable agile decision-making, and support the achievement of ambitious goals.
- Proven executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the public sector context.
- Ability to generate strategic insights from complex data, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value.
Employment details: Full-time, 3-year executive contract. Geelong office location with flexible working arrangements.
