As a Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Elves to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences. You will inspire, support, and guide your team to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, rosters, and workflow with precision and poise
  • Manage teams effectively to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop strong relationships with families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Oversee POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, a treasured keepsake, and an ultimate Christmas memory
