The Chief Executive Officer will lead strategic and operational efforts to shape the organisation's next chapter of innovation and growth. This pivotal role demands a resilient, empathetic and collaborative leader who will champion a high-performance culture motivating teams to exceed client expectations and uphold the organisation's mission.

We are seeking a proven executive leader with experience driving innovation and growth in a complex, values-based environment. You will be recognised for your ability to influence, advocate and build trust with diverse stakeholders, and for your strong financial and commercial acumen.

A significant component of the role involves steering the implementation of the Strategic Plan, ensuring robust financial stewardship, and delivering impactful community outcomes. Experience working closely with a Board, coupled with a track record of embedding innovation into operations and strategy, will be highly regarded. Importantly, you bring a demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive, safe and positive workplace cultures and are motivated to achieve the organisation's mission of helping people achieve the benefits of employment.
