Founded in 1993, our college educates students with a Christian worldview, emphasizing the Word of God and the Lordship of Christ in their service to the world.
We currently have more than 260 students studying on campus and via distance education.
Kingsley's campus is home to our Early Learning Centre.
Opened in 2022, our centre features modern, purpose-built facilities, nurturing and educating children aged 3-4, preparing them for school life.For more information, please visit the OpportunityKingsley College is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Teacher & Director based in North Rockhampton, QLD.This dual-role involves working five days per fortnight as an Early Childhood Teacher and five days per fortnight in a leadership capacity as Director.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading a mixed-age early childhood group with developmentally appropriate programsFacilitating quality Christian learning experiences guided by the Reggio Emilia approachImplementing and overseeing the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)Managing curriculum, staff engagement, and policy developmentPartnering with families to support each child's learning and wellbeingSupporting administrative tasks such as rostering and enrolment coordinationCollaborating with staff and the School PrincipalFostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentThe centre operates from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.Applications may be considered before the closing date.About YouApplicants should have a Bachelor-level Early Childhood Teaching qualification and Queensland Teacher Registration.
