Transformative Leadership Opportunity

The role combines strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and support.
  • Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community.
  • Oversee enrolments, occupancy growth, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Requirements:

  • A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA).
  • Proven experience as a centre director or assistant centre director.
  • Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Current QLD working with children check (blue card).
  • Current first aid, CPR, asthma & anaphylaxis certifications.
