About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for building world-class Product & Technology teams. This strategic role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive full recruitment lifecycles from role requirements to job briefs, sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional technical talent who align with our vision and values.
You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of the tech talent market to guide best practices, provide market insights, and shape strategies that attract top talent. Your expertise in active sourcing and passive talent engagement ensures current roles are filled, and a pipeline of future stars is built.
This hands-on, strategic role demands creativity in employer branding, candidate experience, and innovative sourcing approaches. You will collaborate with global teams, promote our EVP to the market, and help scale a product bringing joy to millions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source and secure top Product & Tech talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, job briefs, and sourcing plans.
- Build and maintain strong talent networks, fostering long-term relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
- Consult, influence, and partner with stakeholders to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and represent our employer brand authentically in the tech talent market.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) managing end-to-end recruitment within the tech sector in the APAC market.
- Proven ability to source and secure top Product & Tech talent, understanding technical roles, frameworks, and market trends.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent verbal and written skills to consult, influence, and partner with stakeholders.
