We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Strategist to collaborate with stakeholders globally. You'll craft and execute effective recruitment plans to identify and assess top talent for our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- SOURCE, ENGAGE AND ACQUIRE TOP TALENT TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
- Develop trusting relationships with business leaders, understanding their priorities and requirements.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, conduct in-depth talent assessments, address recruitment challenges, and implement innovative approaches to cultivate top performers.
- Lead stakeholder engagements, including intake meetings, update communications, and debriefs.
- Promote our value proposition as an ambassador of our organization, enhancing our brand in the market.
- At least 3 years' experience in fast-paced agency and/or corporate recruitment environments.
- A proven track record of success in metrics or goal-based talent acquisition settings.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
