Sofico is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Solutions Expert.

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using our proprietary ERP system, Miles. You will be responsible for:

  • Participating in requirements gathering workshops
  • Analyzing the impact of customer requirements on our system
  • Designing functional and technical solutions based on the requirements
  • Negotiating with customers to ensure product consistency and strategy
  • Configuring the functional solution or managing configuration

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary project team in an agile environment. As a Business Solutions Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including customers, developers, and other experts.

We are looking for someone who has 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementations, fluency in English, and leasing or mobility knowledge/interest. If you are interested in understanding and documenting different business processes and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
