The role of a Ta Advisor is to support full-cycle talent acquisition processes and projects across various functions. This exciting opportunity requires recruiting experience paired with strong communication and relationship building skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment in the region, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the business in acquiring top talent. Key responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruitment of business roles at all levels and across various functions
- Working closely with key stakeholders to advise on the recruitment process
- Building strong pipelines of talent for repeat and hard-to-fill roles
- Influencing and advising multiple senior stakeholders within the business to achieve best possible TA outcomes
The successful candidate will also participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition, including early careers. They will assist with delivery of hiring manager and stakeholder training, be an ambassador through their posts on professional networks, and undertake administrative duties including contract creation and maintenance of recruitment data & systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of recruitment experience - in-house or agency
• Ability to hire a range of roles— technical, commercial, and administrative
• Excellent sourcing and searching skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a can-do attitude
• Resilient and able to manage competing priorities, effectively multitasking
• Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
• Speaking and writing proficiency in English
• Results-oriented with a commitment to secure the best talent in the market
