Enterprise Salesforce Platform Specialist

This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced Salesforce System Administrator seeking to take on a challenging and high-impact position within an enterprise-scale environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a large Salesforce platform, including configuration, support, data management, and release governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Configuration & Administration
    • Manage Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and dashboards
    • Administer sandbox and production environments, including refreshes and deployments
  • User Support & Adoption
    • Act as the first line of support for Salesforce-related issues
    • Onboard and train users, drive adoption, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Data Management & Governance
    • Maintain clean, secure, and accurate data using tools like Data Loader
    • Implement deduplication, validation rules, and hygiene processes
  • Release & Change Control
    • Participate in change management processes
    • Support testing and deployment of new features
    • Maintain system documentation and audit readiness
  • System Monitoring & Security
    • Monitor system usage, license consumption, and system health
    • Maintain governance, prepare for audits, and align with Salesforce best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator in a mid-to-large scale environment
  • Strong knowledge of platform configuration, data integrity, and user support
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup and integration
  • Understanding of Salesforce security models, permission sets, and access controls
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent stakeholder communication skills
