Lead Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the management, configuration and optimization of our enterprise platform. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, secure and efficient operation of Salesforce, supporting business processes, user needs and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Salesforce environments, including user access, roles, profiles, page layouts, workflows, flows and dashboards.
  • Maintain data quality and security, including deduplication, validation and governance controls.
  • Provide user support and training, driving adoption and best practices.
  • Manage release cycles and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
  • Administer Marketing Cloud campaigns, audience segmentation and automations.
  • Monitor system performance, usage and compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in medium/large organizations.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Flows, reporting, dashboards and data migration tools.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required or within 6 months.
