The Enterprise Architect is trusted as a thought-leader by business and technology teams.
They are experienced in working with executives, collaborative, pragmatic, and innovative, with foresight, systems thinking, and a focus on business outcomes.
This role involves guiding companies through transformation and optimization initiatives by applying existing and emerging technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
The Enterprise Architect is an expert in categories such as application architecture, data, integration, security, cloud computing, distributed platforms, mobile, and analytics.
They use consultative approaches to define and execute transformational journeys.
Qualifications15+ years of experience in digital business transformation leveraging Salesforce and its ecosystem.10+ years in senior enterprise architecture roles, focusing on business, data, and applications.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.10+ years in disciplines like business, information, solution, technical architecture, cloud, application development, middleware, data analysis, or operations.
Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, or healthcare.5+ years leading and managing enterprise architecture teams.
Strong leadership and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
Excellent strategic, analytical, and technical skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including facilitation, listening, influencing, and negotiation.
Experience with large-scale projects like CRM, BI, ERP, etc.
Ability to enable decision-making and resolve conflicts collaboratively.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices focusing on business impact.
Proven success in applying structured analysis and innovative technology solutions.
Familiarity with diverse technologies, Saa S, Iaa S, Paa S, SOA, APIs, microservices, and analytics.
Knowledge of information management, SDLC, ITSM, agile/lean methodologies, and frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
Ability to define and manage architecture models and artifacts.
Ability to balance long-term and short-term considerations and estimate financial impacts.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in graphical modeling tools.
