Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, adhering to best practices in social media management.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in social media and influencer management, delivering successful campaigns for prominent brands.
  • Proven track record in executing paid and organic social campaigns from planning to delivery.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Excellent analytical skills, interpreting campaign results against social KPIs.
  • Familiarity with conducting social audits, identifying cultural trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to ideate social content independently or in collaboration with creatives.
  • Solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the creator/influencer landscape in Australia (New Zealand experience an asset).
