Senior Marketing Specialist

This is a high-profile role blending paid and organic social media strategies across the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and retail sectors.

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end social campaigns, drive strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients across multiple platforms
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely approvals and publishing
  • Design and execute paid social campaigns with specialist support
  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Analytics, and Paid Media teams on integrated marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing (agency or client-facing)
  • Proven knowledge of paid and organic social media strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present results confidently
  • Highly organised, creative, and proactive approach to work
  • Bonus points for experience with eCommerce or retail clients
