Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Engineering Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of professionals in delivering best-in-class manufacturing solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in maintenance and reliability, process improvement, and project execution. You will also have hands-on experience with Lean, TPM, or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Safety: Build a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Own Performance: Lead the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance, track KPIs, and continuously improve uptime and efficiency.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Be a driving force behind TPM activities, Lean tools, and digital maintenance systems.
  • Deliver Capital Projects: Scope and execute CAPEX plans to future-proof operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership and coaching capability.
  • Engineering Qualifications (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) and a passion for the brewing or FMCG industry.
  • Prior experience in high-speed packaging or manufacturing environments.
  • A strong track record in maintenance and reliability, process improvement, and project execution.
  • Action-oriented, analytical problem-solving skills.
