Learning and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing technical, procedural, and software-related digital content to support the implementation of various e-learning projects for our national branch network.

The role involves working closely with subject matter experts to develop and review online content, applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create highly targeted and visual e-learning experiences.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, including audience analysis, scope development, and performance-based objectives
  • Experience in developing training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
  • A strong understanding of User Experience (UX) concepts and the ability to communicate user flows and conceptual designs
  • Proficiency in video capture, animation, and editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Animate)
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines
