Lead Clinical Aged Care Manager

The successful candidate will oversee and manage a team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers, and support staff in Sydney's Eastern suburbs.

Key responsibilities include working alongside the Facility Manager to assist with day-to-day clinical needs of the facility and its clients, while overseeing AN-ACC, Infection Control, Care plans, and management of care staff.

This leadership role involves collaborating with a professional and established management team focused on providing residents with the highest level of care and support in a 55-bed modern Aged Care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Facility Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee infection control measures to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN.
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
  • Experience as a Care Manager, Facility Manager, or equivalent in aged care.
  • Registered Nursing qualification.
