Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Officer

The position of Accounts Receivable Officer plays a vital role in the financial operations of an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end AR functions to ensure efficient and effective collection of payments from customers
  • Review and process invoices, credits, and refunds to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
