We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our employment services team.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of employment in Australia, building a service from the ground up and driving innovation and quality.
The successful candidate will have experience in employment services and leadership, as well as strong relationships with local employers and business development skills.
About the Role:- Lead and mentor a team of employment consultants, modelling best practice through evidence-based approaches.
- Deliver high-quality services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs.
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership experience highly regarded.
- Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
- A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
- The ability to obtain required clearances.
- Specialist training and access to evidence-based practices.
