Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Employment Law Specialist to lead or contribute to the delivery of expert legal advice across all aspects of employment law.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth legal guidance on employment matters, including enterprise agreements, awards, contracts, workplace investigations, and terminations.
- Monitor and interpret legislative and industrial relations developments, advising on implications for policy, practice, and risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documentation, ensuring legal robustness and alignment with organisational values and goals.
- Partner with senior internal stakeholders across People & Culture, Risk, and Operations as well as external counsel and regulators to embed legal risk management into our workforce strategy.
- Influence policy development and contribute to enterprise-wide decision-making on employment practices and compliance.
- Lead or support responses to regulatory inquiries, disputes, and litigation involving employment matters.
- Develop and lead legal professionals within the Employment Legal team.
- Promote the strategic value of employment law across the organisation, translating legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance and recommendations.
