Employment Services Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and shape the future of employment services in Australia. We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record in leading teams and developing innovative solutions to drive positive outcomes for individuals living with mental health conditions.

About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of employment consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
  • Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances.
