We are seeking skilled professionals to lead the delivery of employment services in Australia.
About the Role:- Leverage your expertise to mentor and guide a team of Employment Consultants using evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our organisation's values and meet the needs of each participant.
- Oversee daily operations, compliance, and performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Nurture strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and drive sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop effective referral pathways through collaboration with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- Monitor and report on key outcomes, utilising data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of excellence by investing in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.
- Access to specialist IPS training and evidence-based practices.

- Participation in our Management Development Program to enhance your leadership skills.
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary professionals, including Psychologists, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, OTs, and Speech Pathologists.
