Job Description:

The Coordinator position at our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service is a full-time, fixed-term role that requires daily management of the service and team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, including fellow Coordinators, the Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager, and the OSHC Manager.

Responsibilities include developing quality programs, managing daily program operations, coordinating staffing and rostering, ensuring policy compliance, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating with families and the school community.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A completed or near-completed relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services)
  • Experience in programming and a passion for quality childcare
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain
  • Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
