Facilities Manager Job Description

The successful candidate will take the lead in ensuring our buildings and shared spaces are well-maintained, safe, and running efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily facilities, maintenance, and capital works operations.
  • Lead external contractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), building codes, and essential services standards.
  • Create a resident-centered environment through well-maintained facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or property management, along with demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
