The Role

You'll be the key link between clients and resources, guiding them from concept to successful business launch. Work closely with culturally diverse clients, providing hands-on business guidance.

This is ideal for someone who's mission-driven and commercially astute – building trust while guiding clients through business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with refugee entrepreneurs.
  • Deliver one-on-one mentoring and workshops to build business readiness.
  • Support clients in developing business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies.
  • Guide clients through business registration, compliance, and launch.
  • Assess financing needs, prepare loan applications, and liaise with our credit team.
  • Conduct scheduled business reviews and provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with community organisations and industry partners to strengthen referral pathways.
  • Represent us at events to grow partnerships.
