Launchpad Program Coordinator

Foster innovation and entrepreneurship in a dynamic environment. We are seeking an experienced Launchpad Program Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a central role in the success of this initiative, working closely with the Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship and collaborating with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, supporting marketing efforts, building relationships, coordinating program activities, and monitoring progress.

Key Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and experience in business administration or entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability
  • Knowledge of the Victorian entrepreneurship ecosystem
