We're looking for a Lead Facilitator who can light up a room, lead dynamic workshops and leave a lasting impression on young people and our partners

To learn more about our programs head to ase.edu.auWhat you'll do:Own the workshop from start to finish — delivering content, activities and sparking great discussionsDevelop fresh, engaging educational content that connects with diverse audiencesBuild strong relationships with partners and participants alikeLead a team of Senior and Assistant Facilitators to ensure smooth sessionsCreate an inspiring and fun learning environment where everyone thrivesWhat we need from you:Energy, motivation and a real passion for working with young peopleConfident in leading a room.
You could be working with groups of 10 or 300
A Blue Card or relevant Working With Children Check (if over 18)Australian First Aid/CPR certificate - or be happy to get oneProven experience engaging and managing large groups of young peopleIf you love connecting, leading and making a difference for young people this role is made for you
Our Lead Facilitators get paid anywhere between $45-$75 depending on experience.Job Types: Casual, ContractPay: $45.00 – $75.00 per hour depending on experience.
