Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of refugee entrepreneurs and contribute to their success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and empathy. They will be responsible for building trust-based relationships with clients, providing one-on-one mentoring and group workshops, and supporting clients through business registration, compliance, and launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and marketing strategies
  • Liaise with clients to assess financing needs and prepare high-quality loan applications
  • Represent the organization at events and sector forums to grow partnerships and referrals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with small or micro-businesses preferred
  • Cultural and linguistic diversity background highly regarded
