Enrolments Advisor Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Enrolments Advisor to join our team in Sydney. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for managing student enrolments from initial enrolment through to course completion while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Enrolments & Records Management: Manage student records in the Student Information System (SIS) and PRISMS (Provider Registration and International Student Management System).
  • Issue warning letters for non-payment of fees, non-commencement, or non-re-enrolment.
  • Update student details and process course transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in education, student administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in higher education administration, preferably in enrolments or student records. Knowledge of student management systems (e.g., SIS, PRISMS).
  • Understanding of HESF 2021, ESOS Act, and National Code 2018.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
