Enterprise Growth Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Enterprise Growth Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

About the Job

The Enterprise Growth Manager will be accountable for developing and executing a portfolio plan that incorporates strategic initiatives and tactics to maximise commercial growth and customer engagement.

This includes developing business plans with select clients, managing the execution of these plans, and coaching and developing the client management team to deliver high performance and conversion rates.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing processes to ensure a smooth transition of new partnership opportunities from our partnerships team to our client management team and sales team.

In addition, they will enhance and improve the relationship management function to drive success for the business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Portfolio Plan: Develop and execute a portfolio plan that incorporates strategic initiatives and tactics to maximise commercial growth and customer engagement.
  • Client Management: Develop business plans with select clients, manage the execution of these plans, and coach and develop the client management team to deliver high performance and conversion rates.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement processes to ensure a smooth transition of new partnership opportunities from our partnerships team to our client management team and sales team.
  • Relationship Management: Enhance and improve the relationship management function to drive success for the business and our clients.
